Agile projects no longer follow a phased approach as in traditional waterfall model-oriented approaches, but rather many small cycles in which a complete product increment is created. This is why the procedures in agile requirements engineering sometimes differ fundamentally from conventional approaches.

In this training we show you the essential features of agile requirements engineering and practice the procedure using real-world examples. At the same time it serves as preparation for the certification exam as IREB RE@Agile Primer.
